Designtex Collaborates with Sophie Smallhorn to Create the Vibrant Ribbon Textile

US textile brand Designtex has teamed up with celebrated artist Sophie Smallhorn to craft Ribbon, a high-performance textile that infuses interiors with vibrant energy and dynamic movement. Inspired by the flowing motion of ribbons, the design reflects Smallhorn’s signature mastery of color and spatial interplay, offering a fresh and contemporary look for modern interiors.

At the heart of Ribbon’s design is a linear motif that mirrors the fluidity of ribbons in motion. Angular folds and overlapping layers create a play of color and transparency, resulting in a pattern that is bold yet versatile.
